How do I book and pay for my rental?
The process is simple! First, fill out our consultation request form. We'll contact you to confirm the details and your date's availability. To officially book, we require a signed digital contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer, which can be paid via our secure online invoice. The final balance is due 48 hours before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our 50% retainer is non-refundable as it reserves the equipment exclusively for your date. If you need to cancel more than 14 days before your event, your retainer can be used as a credit for a future booking. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.
What is your policy for bad weather or rain?
Our tents are commercial-grade and provide excellent protection from rain and sun. However, for safety reasons, we cannot set up the tent in high winds (over 15 MPH), thunderstorms, or other severe weather conditions. If we must cancel a rental due to unsafe weather, you will receive a 100% refund, including your deposit.
What is included in "The Signature Party Package"?
Our Signature Party Package is our all-inclusive, hassle-free option. It includes one 10x10 professional pop-up tent, two 6-foot folding tables, and 14 white folding chairs. Most importantly, it includes our full white-glove service: delivery, complete setup, and takedown.
What is the difference between the "Signature" and "DIY" packages?
The only difference is the service. With the Signature package, we handle all the physical labor of setup and takedown. With the DIY package, we provide curbside delivery and pickup of the same great equipment, and you handle the setup yourself.
What is your service area? How far do you deliver?
The Party Knight proudly serves Cherry Hill and most surrounding communities in Southern New Jersey. A delivery fee may apply for locations further than 15 miles from our base. Please include your event address in your consultation request for a precise quote.
What kind of surface can you set the tent up on?
Our tents can be safely secured on grass (using stakes) or on hard surfaces like driveways, patios, or decks (using heavy-duty weights). Please let us know the surface type when you request your consultation so we can bring the proper equipment.
